The European Society for Quantum Solar Energy Conversion announces the 29th Workshop on Quantum Solar Energy Conversion
(QUANTSOL 2017 Winter workshop) and invites experts in the various fields of conversion of solar
photons to electrical or chemical energy to submit short abstracts enabling us to select a new group for 2016.
This workshop continues the long series of lively meetings. We will focus on the exchange of new concepts,
radical ideas, recent developments, and unsolved problems in the fundamentals of conventional and unconventional
photovoltaic, photoelectrochemical, photochemical and photobiological energy conversion. Also new ideas are
welcome as long as they fit to the general concept, i.e. quantum solar energy conversion (not including solar thermal
technologies). The number of participants is limited to guarantee the opportunity for intense discussions on
quantum solar energy conversion with experts from various fields.
