The lectures will cover the basic principles important for understanding the conversion of solar energy into chemical and electricalenergy by solar cells and photocatalysts.

All lectures will be given by recognized scientists.Confirmed lecturers are A. Klein (Technische Universität Darmstadt), H.Kisch (Universität Erlangen - Nürnberg), G. Vanmaekelbergh (Universiteit Utrecht).
