will take place on March 25, 2015 at 21:00 hours at the Hotel Rauriser Hof
during Quantsol 2015 winter workshop.

- Report of the treasurer
- Release of the executive board
- Membership fee

If you intend to file a motion according to the statutes, you are kindly asked to send a
written request (stating your name and the topic) before March 15, 2015 via email or
normal mail to one of the addresses below.

Sollten Sie nach den Satzungen von der Möglichkeit zum Einbringen
eines Antrages gebauch machen wollen, so ersuchen wir Sie, dies uns schriftlich und
formlos mit dem vollen Namen und der von Ihnen gewünschten Antragspunkte bis
spätestens den 15.März 2015 per Post oder email an eine der beiden unten folgenden
Adressen zu senden.
